By using DataRolls or creating a member account, you consent to the data practices prescribed in this Privacy Policy. The Company’s Privacy Policy governs the privacy guidelines for the DataRolls. Please note that this policy applies only to the DataRolls sites, and not to the sites of other companies or organizations to which we provide links.

If you are eligible for a survey opportunity, the Third Party MR Company will provide your unique identification number and a survey link to us and we will invite you to participate in the survey. We will not share your name, email address, or phone number with the Third Party MR Companies. In connection with the sharing of your information with a Third Party MR Company, your information may be transferred and stored outside of your country of residence. SHARING

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
DataRolls may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on our site.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
• Personal Profile Information. The Join / Sign Up form collects your first and last name, your email address and your chosen password. If you Sign Up via Facebook or any other social media platform, we also collect this information.
• Contact Information. If you opt to receive surveys via text-message or other messaging media we also collect your mobile phone number or relevant contact details.
• Questionnaire Data. The initial profiling questionnaire collects information about your background, education, working status, consumer habits and, optionally, your health. We collect information about any updates you make to your profiling information.
• Opinion Data. During research opportunities we collect information you provide relating to your opinions, attitudes, experiences and use of certain products or services.
Occasionally we may collect video, audio or photographic submissions you make during a research opportunity.
• User Experience Data. We collect information about your logins, comments on blogposts, ratings, polls, web pages viewed.
• Rewards Information. Any personal information we may require in order to issue you with a prize or reward or monitor your usage of our credit point scheme.
• Correspondence Data. Any correspondence you send us.
• Social Media Information. Information you provide to us via social media or through your social media feed.
Generally, we collect Personal Information when you provide it to us by visiting the DataRolls site and Features or using our Services. This may include registering for any account with us, filling out surveys, joining a mailing list, or otherwise volunteering or providing information about yourself. DELETION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may request that we delete the Personal Information that we collected about you. By asking us to delete your Personal Information we will have to close your account and you will no longer be able to use the DataRolls site and Features or our Services. Please note that your DataRolls account cannot be reinstated once it has been deleted.
If you want to delete your DataRolls account, please submit your requests by: (1) Emailing us at DataRolls Contact Email; (2) Clicking the "Remove Account". We will process your request for removal within 10 business days, although we attempt to process it within 24 hours.
Additionally, we are fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all other applicable data protection legislation. GDPR legislation provides individuals with a number of rights in relation to their personal data. You have the right to request access to the personal information that we hold about you, to ask for personal information to be corrected if you believe it to be incorrect, to ask for your personal information to be erased and to ask us to stop processing your personal information.
APP
When you download and use the DataRolls mobile Android app, we automatically collect system and performance information about your device, including but not limited to, the device's Model, Advertising ID, Android version, Operating System, and App version. We use this information for validation purposes and fraud detection and/or prevention, including, without limitation, identifying duplicate or fraudulent users.
COOKIES AND ADVERTISING TECHNOLOGIES
In addition to the ad networks, we may set (or allow third parties to set) and access cookies and other similar technologies, such as web beacons and embedded scripts, on your computer. A cookie is a small data file that a website may send to your browser and which may then be stored on your system.
Web beacons and embedded script are invisible images or other programming code, which may be used on the DataRolls site and Features for a variety of analytical purposes and to help us provide a better and more customized user experience, including, without limitation, providing personalized features and preferences to you within the DataRolls site and Features; in doing so, we may link the information we collect from cookies and other similar technologies with your Personal Information and may track your browsing activity on our merchant partners’ website in order to provide you with advertising, content, surveys, offers, promotions and rewards, and for other marketing, administrative and general business purposes.
